The 1st international course on hand surgical techniques organized by BRM was a great success. It was dedicated to surgeons from various countries around the world.
A first theoretical part held by experienced professionals opened the day with high content reports: "Silicone Implant Arthroplasty: history and outcome" Dr Ibsen, "My experience with Digitalis" and "Intramedullary fixation with cannulated screws, a new way to treat metacarpal fractures" Dr Barrera, "Intramedullary fixation: tips & tricks - clinical cases" Dr Fagetti".
The practical sessions, as foreseen in the program, were then held with a high level of attention. A master station and ten stations dedicated to Brazilian, Italian, Spanish and Polish doctors, supported by staff. We received excellent feedback across the board: from the quality of the products to the ease of use of the instruments, from the clarity of the indications to the convenience of the tools, up to the overall organization of the event.
Strengthened by this result and aware of BRM's potential, we already have several proposals for next year. Thanks again to everyone for the beautiful and effective collaboration and the excellent success of the 1st international course on hand surgery!
