Product description

Elastomeric silicone spacers for arthroplasty of the metacarpophalangeal (MCP) and proximal interphalangeal (PIP) joints of the hand. The device consists of a silicone body that replaces the MCP or PIP joint, allowing to restore the natural flexion-extension movement of the affected finger.

  • Stems with anti-rotational design
  • Hinge with dorsal “T” to prevent hyper-extension
  • Pre-flexion angle (15° for PIP implants and 30° for MCP implants) to respect the normal position of the fingers and avoid an overload of the silicone material
  • Designed to ensure 0-70° PIP joint mobility and 0-90° MCP joint mobility

  • Arthrosis
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
